About Morocco country
Morocco, a nation with diverse landscapes ranging from the sea to the desert, across the Atlas Mountains and bordered by the Rif Mountains, is a wonderful, welcoming, unexpected, and exciting location with open-air marketplaces stacked high with carpets, wood carvings, and jewelry. The country’s most famous export is leather, which is regarded to be the finest in the world.
Morocco has created a kaleidoscope of creative traditions. The common thread is music, which ranges from the classical style created in Muslim Spain through the indigenous Berber narrative musical traditions to the modern mix of African and French genres.
Despite its Arab-African rhythms (it is heavily influenced by Bedouin music), it uses electronic instruments to produce a dreamy effect. Craftsmanship is valued in Morocco. Its leather items have been valued economically since the 16th century. Carpets, ceramics, jewelry, and wood sculptures are all products of an equally rich tradition. Painted and carved panels for interior decoration, as well as tiles, are still commonly employed in religious structures and rich residences. Morocco has influenced a wide range of artists.Following a journey to Morocco in 1830, the French neo-baroque artist Eugene Delacroix devoted his work to Moroccan themes. His paintings were dominated by Market Scenes, Life of the Harem, and The Lion Hunt. A century later, Hollywood became engrossed with a type of Morocco-mania.
First, in Morocco, with Marlene Dietrich. The nation had become a dream realm with Casablanca and then Peter O’Toole as Lawrence of Arabia.
Moroccan Arabic (Darija) differs significantly from Arabic spoken in the east. Several Berber dialects are spoken mostly in the countryside, highlands, and desert. In terms of lifestyle, Morocco continues to march to its own Islamic beat, while males continue to hold sway. The visitor may find the rigorous segregation of the sexes in public life odd. Moroccan cuisine is delicious. Couscos, a semolina dish with vegetables and lamb, is the national meal. Tea is the most popular Moroccan beverage.
Tour excellently organized, fulfilling everything contracted. We were picked up at the airport and then Hassan took us on a private tour for the three people who hired the trip, to Marrakech, Merzouga, Fez, Mekines, Chefchaouen, and other places. We went to the desert and spent a night in a haima. Everything was incredible. Very interesting to know the culture of that country and its people. Ali was a very good driver, very organized, polite and respectful. It was very nice to meet his family, his mother prepared a delicious cous cous for us. The accommodations were very good as well as the guides who were waiting for us in the different cities to explain everything. I highly recommend this company.
A 10 day trip where we were able to visit different cities, do activities and learn about their culture. The tour was very well organized, and the hotels are very nice! I would definitely repeat the trip, and I 100% recommend the tour, from the arrival at the airport until we left we loved everything, good driver, good guide and nice person! Thank you very much Hassam and colleagues! Without a doubt, you leave with the desire to stay and want to come back ! The best of memories
It has been an incredible and magical trip and experience! We have learned a lot from them, from the Berbers, their customs, their values, their way of seeing life and, above all, they have transmitted us the love they have for their land, so we will be back soon! Both Hassan and Moha are wonderful people, funny, attentive and very helpful. We have not lacked anything, we have felt at home, as they have given us a perfect treatment. About the riads and hotels nothing to complain, because they have been 10, clean and beautiful. Therefore, for those who want to know Morocco, I highly recommend that you hire the trip with them, because they will make it unforgettable.
Morocco has one thing that other countries have not given me, and that is that when you get hooked to it, you can no longer detach from its warmth, its simplicity, its hospitality, the contrasts of its landscapes, its people, its colors, its light, its smells, its sounds, for something they call it THE EMPIRE OF THE SENSES ... Great company and with a treatment of 10, and what to say about our guide Hassan great! Thank you very much for everything and for unique and incredible moments. I would come back in a heartbeat...I miss Morocco and all the amazing people I met there!
Our trip had as main intention to go to the Sahara Desert so we started in Marrakech to Merzouga. The trip is long but with the multiple stops you can make it. The treatment and attention of Ali was extraordinary, despite having to drive long distances he always has a good attitude and is friendly all the time. The guys at the camp in the desert were also very friendly and cordial. I highly recommend this tour and especially Ali as he speaks very good Spanish and is a fun and nice person.
We had done in 2016 a trip to Morocco, with another very good company, when we visited Merzouga (desert). Now we decided to do the tour to the imperial cities with Ali's company because he was very quick to answer my message and he inspired me confidence, besides we read very good comments about the team. In general everything was fine, but for us the desert experience was more worthwhile. You have to understand that this is a very personal opinion, I imagine that there will be people who prefer the imperial cities. Ali was always concerned about our well being and was willing to negotiate some changes we requested during the tour. We also thank Ali who was our driver and main guide. He was always very punctual and friendly.
